The back office for Shopify brands
Support, marketing, conversion tracking, loyalty, catalogue, marketplaces and production in one system, sharing one set of order data and one built-in AI. Save time, save money and take the friction out of running your store.
Every feature on every plan · Unlimited seats · No per-seat, per-ticket or per-contact fees
Save time
Tickets, orders, posts, feeds and review requests move on their own. You step in for decisions, not data entry.
UK small business owners spend about 11 hours a week on admin. Amex SME Barometer, July 2026.
Save money
Fifteen tools that would each be a separate app subscription, on one plan. Every feature included, unlimited seats.
Less friction
One login and one set of data. Nothing re-keyed, nothing exported, nothing out of sync between tools.
Built-in AI
AI that reads your real orders and customers, then drafts replies, copy, listings and SEO for you to approve. Connect your own AI too, over MCP or API.
The products
Ten products.
One system.
Use one or use them all. They share the same customers, orders and products, so each one makes the others smarter.
Single source of truth
Every tool.
One set of facts.
Most stores keep a different copy of the customer in every app. Storeforge keeps one. Production, support, marketing and your ad platforms all read the same orders, customers and products, so there is nothing to sync and nothing to reconcile.
- 01
An order lands.
Shopify sends it once. Production, support, loyalty and your ad platforms all see the same order at the same moment.
- 02
It goes into production.
The order line is matched to its print file and queued for the next plate. Nobody copies anything across.
- 03
The customer asks where it is.
The AI agent reads the live order and delivery status and answers straight away, day or night.
- 04
Your ads learn from it.
The sale reaches Meta and Google from the order itself, with consent recorded, so your budget chases buyers.
- 05
They come back.
A review request once it arrives, points on their account, and the next email built around what they bought.

Time back
One system. Many AIs.
Hours back every week.
Running a store across a stack of apps means switching tabs, re-typing data and doing by hand what software could do for you. Storeforge's AI drafts, writes, lists, supports and schedules across every part of the business, from one set of data.

Bring your own AI
Your AI.
Running your store.
Storeforge's built-in AI does the daily work. Your own AI can do the rest. Connect Claude or any assistant that speaks MCP, sign in once, and ask it to find, build, check and change things across every product, with your approval on anything that matters.
Illustrative conversation
Feature
A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server over HTTPS. Assistants sign in with OAuth, or your developers use scoped API tokens.
Advantage
Every product is reachable from one connection. Access is limited by permission scopes, every call is audited and rate-limited, and destructive changes wait for your approval.
Benefit
Run the store by conversation from the AI you already use, without giving it the keys to everything.

Proof
We run our own store on it.
Storeforge is the system behind We Print Miniatures, a Shopify store with 35,000+ customers and 175,000+ items shipped. Every product was built because that store needed it, and is used there every day before it reaches yours.
From the We Print Miniatures Storeforge database, 12 October 2026.
Control and trust
Powerful. Never out of your hands.
Approve before it changes
Store-wide and destructive changes show a preview first and wait for your approval.
Your accounts, your data
Connect your own Shopify, Google, Meta and Klaviyo accounts. Each store's data is kept apart at database level.
Alerts in plain words
Health checks watch every pipeline and tell you when something stops, before a customer does.
Works with your AI
Connect Claude or any MCP assistant, or use scoped API tokens. Every call is audited and limited to the access you grant.
Questions
Good to know.
Do I have to use every product?
No. Switch on the products you need and leave the rest. Your plan price stays the same either way.
Which printers does the Print Farm work with?
Elegoo resin printers on their network protocol today, starting with the Saturn 4 Ultra. Bambu Lab PLA printing is in development.
Do I still need Klaviyo?
If you use it, keep it. Storeforge builds your emails and audiences from your store data and pushes them to Klaviyo to send.
Can the AI change my store on its own?
Store-wide and destructive changes show you a preview first and wait for your approval. The AI drafts; you decide.
Can I connect my own AI?
Yes. Storeforge runs an MCP server: connect Claude or any MCP-compatible assistant with OAuth sign-in, or give developers an API token limited to the scopes you choose. Changes that matter wait for your approval.
Who owns my data?
You do. You connect your own Shopify, Google, Meta and Klaviyo accounts, and each store's data is kept apart at database level.
What does the commission apply to?
The sales Shopify records for your connected store each month. Move up a plan and the rate falls, down to nothing on Unlimited.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time.
