Products Print Farm

From order to plate.
Then to the printer.

Every paid Shopify order line becomes a tracked print job, matched to its file. Resin supports are generated in the browser, plates are nested and sliced to .goo, and the Printer Bridge sends each plate to your printer over the network, with a webcam snapshot on demand. Orders flow in on their own; supports, plates and slicing are quick browser steps for one person, and nothing is re-keyed on the way to the printer.

Low, wide shot along a row of resin printers in the We Print Miniatures workshop, one build plate lifting out of the vat with a full nest of miniatures. Bright, clean workshop light.

ShopifyElegooGoogle DriveShipStation

Saves time

No files renamed, copied or carried to a printer on a USB stick.

Saves money

Fuller plates, and broken customer files stopped before they reach the resin.

On autopilot

Paid orders become print jobs within 15 minutes, with nobody opening a page.

In one look

A production line that starts at the checkout.

Feature · what it is

Production tracking for every order line, automatic resin supports, browser plate nesting and slicing, a printer bridge with live status and on-demand webcam frames, mesh checks on every customer file, Custom Print instant quoting and partner routing by ship-to country.

Advantage · why it is better

Orders reach the printer straight from Shopify with nothing re-keyed. Every customer file is checked and repaired before it touches a plate, every plate transfer is verified on arrival, and an hourly check lists any paid order that has no print job.

Benefit · what you get

Fewer people per printer, fewer failed plates and no forgotten orders. The farm grows with your orders while your headcount stays put.

Time back

Hours back from every plate and file.

Supports, file checks, nesting and printer transfers run without anyone at a desk, so your team spends its time on the printers, not the paperwork.

What is inside

Ten tools. One production line.

Production tracker

Feature

Every paid order line becomes a job, matched by SKU and size to its print file, then moved through Print ready, Backlog, In production and Printed. Kits and bundles expand into one job per part.

Advantage

Jobs are created from Shopify every 15 minutes. Each status change is written to the order as a tag, so your support desk and AI agent can read it.

Benefit

You know where every order is without walking the floor, and so do your customers.

Not covered check

Feature

An hourly check compares Shopify with the queue and lists any paid, unfulfilled line that has no print job.

Advantage

A missed order shows within about two and a half hours, with the cause, and a one-click restore for deleted lines.

Benefit

No order waits until the customer chases it.

Support Studio

Feature

Automatic resin supports in the browser: auto-orientation, pillar lattice, adaptive bases, cross-bracing and suction-cup detection, tuned per scale from 28mm to 75mm, with manual tools for the rest.

Advantage

Supported files save straight to the folder production matches against, and an editable project is kept, so any setup can be reopened and changed.

Benefit

New products reach print ready sooner, without a specialist at a desk.

Build Plate

Feature

Packs the day's print-ready parts onto plates, estimates print time and resin, then slices each plate straight to a .goo file in the browser.

Advantage

Large display pieces get plates of their own, support pads can sit close while the models above never touch, and a plate whose file changed after slicing is flagged before it prints.

Benefit

More parts per plate, fewer plates per day, and no separate slicer to run.

Printer Bridge

Feature

A small helper on a workshop computer that connects your printers to Storeforge, with live status, layer progress, film wear, storage and webcam snapshots on demand.

Advantage

Plates are sent over the network, checked on arrival and started. Every transfer is recorded with a resend button, and the bridge keeps itself up to date.

Benefit

No USB sticks, no wrong file on the wrong printer, and the whole farm in view from anywhere.

File checks

Feature

Every customer upload is checked for open edges, repaired where it can be, and turned away before payment where it cannot.

Advantage

Checks run at four points from upload to plate, plus a nightly sweep of every customer file still in the queue.

Benefit

One bad file never prints a solid bar across a plate of other people's orders.

Custom Print

Feature

Customers upload an STL, stand it up, pick a size and get an instant price worked out on the server, then check out in your normal cart.

Advantage

Supports are generated in the customer's browser from your own published profiles, and the paid job lands in your backlog ready to check.

Benefit

A new revenue line from files you do not sell, with no manual quoting for resin miniatures.

Quoting across 13 technologies

Feature

Set up 13 print technologies, from FDM PLA and SLS nylon to metal and full colour, each with materials, finishes, lead times and rate cards.

Advantage

Each price is built from a rate card, your margin and VAT. Partner quoting and routing for non-resin materials is rolling out.

Benefit

Offer materials you cannot print yourself, at a margin you set.

Partner routing

Feature

Route orders by ship-to country to a partner printer, who signs in to a locked-down portal that holds only their orders.

Advantage

Partners use the same queue and Build Plate, write tracking back to Shopify, and you get a monthly statement with faults and margin per order.

Benefit

Print closer to the buyer without opening the rest of your business to anyone.

EU customs lines

Feature

With ShipStation, each EU parcel's customs lines are merged to one per tariff code and country of origin, valued at the price paid.

Advantage

The EU has charged a flat €3 customs duty per item line on low-value parcels since 1 July 2026, so fewer lines means less duty.

Benefit

Lower duty on every multi-item EU parcel, set up once.

How it works

Set it up once. Then it runs.

  1. 1

    Connect your store and files

Link Shopify and the Google Drive folders that hold your print files. Order lines are matched to files by SKU and size.

  2. 2

    Connect your printers

Install the Printer Bridge on a computer on your workshop network. Printers appear with live status and a camera view.

  3. 3

    Support what is missing

Lines without a supported file wait in Backlog. Support Studio supports them in the browser and sends them back to Print ready.

  4. 4

    Nest, slice and send

Build Plate packs the day's parts, slices each plate and sends it to a printer, verified on arrival.

  5. 5

    Mark it produced

Mark items produced, one at a time or all at once, and each order's status updates in Shopify.

What it is worth

Three tools in one, and the link between them.

Farms usually combine a desktop slicer, a farm manager and an order-sync tool, and most of those are built for filament printers. Storeforge does all three for resin, connected to your orders.

Questions.

Which printers does it work with?

The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra today, over your workshop network. Plates are sliced to a profile checked against a known-good Lychee export for that printer and resin; other machines need their own profiles. A Bambu Lab FDM lane is in development.

Do I still need a desktop slicer?

Not for plates built in Storeforge. Supports, nesting and slicing all run in the browser.

What happens if a customer uploads a broken file?

It is checked and repaired at upload. A file that cannot be repaired is turned away before it is quoted or paid for.

Where do my print files live?

In your own Google Drive. Storeforge matches files by the SKU and size in the file name, and saves supported files back to the same folders.

What is the print network?

Partner print bureaus that print and ship each other's cross-border orders locally, to one standard, in plain, unbranded packaging. It is not open yet: we are recruiting founding partners now, and territories open as partners are certified. You can join as a seller or apply as a print partner from the homepage.

Can a partner see my other orders or customers?

A partner signs in with an emailed code and sees only the orders routed to them. They get no prices, no customer emails and no other tabs.
